Маленький продуктовый магазинчик в Алма-Ате, по улице Биржана - это в микрорайоне Орбита-4, напротив местного Базарчика.
Магазин расположен в жилом доме - некогда была очень популярна эта модель: переделка жилых квартир на первом этаже дома в магазин, либо в офис и так далее. Здесь обычная трехкомнатная квартира в 5-этажном жилом доме постройки середины-конца 70-х годов...
Соответственно магазин маленький и тесный. В нем 10 человек уже проблема... Тем более перестроить внутреннюю планировку не так просто - проще говоря, невозможно, а владельцы магазина стремятся как можно больше разного товара выложить на полки...
Изначально это был "куриный" магазин - его так называли и по сей день именуют. Он был заточен под реализацию кур, яиц и всего прочего. Цены были очень привлекательными: окорочка, голени, бедрышки, цельные куры - все это было само дешево на все 4 микрорайона Орбита. Сюда же тянулись владельцы животных и опекуны бездомных кошек и собак - очень дешево здесь стоили лапы и головы, шейки и прочее... Но постепенно цены росли и здесь, и популярность магазина начала падать.
В Керемете начали расширять ассортимент: консервы, колбасы, чай, макароны и прочее... Немного, но есть. Иные товары можно купить только здесь, видимо прямые поставки от производителей... настоящий зеленый чай из Узбекистана... что это такое у нас давно забыли.
Одним словом, магазин испортился - если и не на все 100%, то близко к этому. Цены на кур давно не привлекают внимания, и прочее тоже... иногда бывает, но редко, то одно, то другое по хорошей цене.
А цены - это ведь самый главный параметр любого магазина!

Keremet and K - shop in Almaty

Initially, it was a "chicken" store - it was called that and is still called. He was sharpened for the sale of chickens, eggs and everything else. The prices were very attractive: legs, drumsticks, thighs, whole chickens - all this was the cheapest for all 4 Orbita microdistricts. Owners of animals and guardians of homeless cats and dogs were also drawn here - paws and heads, necks and so on were very cheap here... But gradually the prices grew here, and the popularity of the store began to fall.
In Keremet, they began to expand their assortment: canned food, sausages, tea, pasta, etc... Not much, but there is. Other goods can be bought only here, apparently direct deliveries from manufacturers ... real green tea from Uzbekistan... what is this we have long forgotten.
In short, the store has deteriorated - if not 100%, then close to it. Prices for chickens have not attracted attention for a long time, and so on too... sometimes it happens, but rarely, one or the other at a good price.
And prices are the most important parameter of any store!
